Whether you’re shopping for your own furry companion or sending a special gift to friends and family, we make it easy to get your paws on our curated treats, toys, and goodies.

Canada-Wide Shipping

No matter where you call home - whether it’s lakeside in British Columbia or a cozy nook in Newfoundland - we’ve got you covered.

How It Works:

• Select your preferred shipping method at checkout: Canada Post or UPS. Rates are calculated automatically based on your postal code.
• Orders ship no later than the next business day.
• You’ll receive an email notification once your order is on its way, and we'll keep an eye on your shipment too!
• Stay in the loop with order updates through your Treat Bar Toronto account, plus email notifications every step of the way.

Local GTA Delivery

Get treats delivered right to your doorstep in the Greater Toronto Area - fast and fuss-free.

How It Works:

• Place your order online, and our courier will handle the rest.
• Same-Day Delivery: Order by 1pm EST for delivery by 8pm the same day.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 1pm will arrive the next business day.
• Planning ahead? Sending a gift or need a specific delivery date? Just leave a note at checkout - we’re happy to accommodate!
• You’ll receive an email notification once your order is picked up by our courier.
• Track your order anytime through your account, plus stay updated with our handy email alerts.

In-Store Pickup

How It Works:

• Place your order online and select In-Store Pickup at checkout.
• Same-Day Pickup: Place your order at least two hours before closing to pick it up the same day.
• We’ll email you when your order is packed and ready - please wait for this notification before heading over.
• Pickup Location: 1052 Queen St. West, Toronto, ON, M6J 1H7
• Track your order status anytime through your account, and watch for our email updates.
