Return Window

Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligible Items for Return

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Food products that have at least half of the original contents.

Products that are not perishable.

Toys and accessories without any signs of wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products.

Food products that have less than half of the original contents.

Sale items. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need an exchange, reach out to us at [customer service email].

Return Shipping

You'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.

In-Store Returns
