Our services are designed to provide your furry friends with a day filled with fun, care, and learning, including:

  • Open playtime with same-size dogs
  • Dedicated rest periods
  • Basic training drills
  • Enrichment activities

We welcome dogs that are 25 lbs and under, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all our petite guests.

Operating Hours:
Daily from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM, ensuring a flexible schedule for pet parents.

Pricing Structure:
Full Day: $50+tax
Half Day (5 hours or less): $38+tax

Special Rates:
Discounted daycare packages available for regular customers, valid for 60 days.

Reservation and Payment Procedures:
- Daycare days and packages can be purchased upon drop-off or pick-up.
- Advance reservations required; walk-ins welcome if space permits.

Cancellations must be made by 7 PM the day before to avoid charges.

Additional Service Features:
- Our daycare includes a chat feature through the Gingr software, facilitating easy communication between staff and pet parents.
- Pet owners will be required to set up an account with Gingr, as this app will also be used for making all daycare reservations.

Staff Credentials

Our daycare team is trained extensively, including completing a fear-free program and specialized training with Claire from Treat Me Right Training & Behaviour Solutions.

Basic training exercises are incorporated into the daycare routine. More extensive training during daycare hours is available and can be discussed with Claire from Treat Me Right.

Getting Your Dog Started

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Dogs must be 25lbs and under and fully vaccinated (DHPP, RABIES, BORDETELLA).
  • Puppies under 4 months should be appropriately vaccinated for their age.
  • Rabies must be given at their 4 month appt or a letter from the vet will be required if delayed.
  • Dogs over 8 months must be spayed or neutered.

Admission Process:

A temperament assessment by our trained staff is required for daycare admission. Dogs will be accepted or denied at their discretion. 

Supervision and Care:

Continuous supervision by trained daycare staff at all times. A favorable human-to-dog ratio of 1:10, ensuring personalized attention.
